Alright, alright, we all want to be a legendary pokemon, I know. But these pokemon will only be played by people with good RPing skills, and who have time to get on often. Seeing as we can't have a rare pokemon that is needed not be here for a month, or a sucky RPer playing it. Sorry, but to some people I have been nice enough for long enough, and this is the way I want it to be, I think it is fair.
